What to Expect
The Critical Care Tower Overview
We want to create a medical facility suited for comprehensive care and a place where young students can advance their knowledge and understanding of processes. Developing forward thinkers will allow us to develop better approaches and treatments for optimal patient care. Below are some of the strategic drivers for the Critical Care Tower:
Patient Experience
We can positively impact the patient and visitor experience with updated facilities and modern semi-private rooms.Patient Efficiency
More beds mean lower occupancy rates and will free our team from undergoing issues with crowded waiting rooms.Infection Control
Reduce the potential for infection by creating more private rooms to deliver diagnoses and treatments comfortably.Pandemic Readiness
Increased surge capacity is a critical component of pandemic readiness. By having more dedicated rooms, we can provide care quickly.

World-Class Healthcare Offerings at Critical Care Tower
A combination of philanthropy and traditional
financing will fund the construction of the new Critical Care Tower, bringing
Hudson Valley a modern medical facility. It will be a five-story,
162,626-square-foot facility housing 96 private ICU-capable beds and 32 extra
beds on the fifth floor. Patient care is at the forefront of every decision
we've made for the design of this facility. It will also feature leading
technologies and innovations to attract world-class healthcare providers. We
will be able to better service patients dealing with trauma, neurological, and
cardiovascular issues while providing a range of outpatient surgical
procedures.
